Princeton Canoe and Kayak Rental is conveniently located 1/2 mile off of Route 1 and only 10 minutes from the Princeton University train station. Their dock is located on the D&R Canal, which provides easy access to a plethora of other waterways, including the Stony Brook and Carnegie Lake. They provide River Maps so you can plan out your route in advance, or just hop in and see where the water takes you! They have 9.5 foot and 12 foot kayaks that fit 1 passenger, as well as a twin kayak for 2 people. Their prices are some of the most reasonable in the state, starting at just $13 for 1 hour! All rates include tax, paddles, seat cushions and life vests. Rentals are available until 1 hour before closing. Call ahead to confirm they are open. No reservation required!
