In My Grandmother's Kitchen offers classes in authentic Italian cooking. In My Grandmother's Kitchen's learn from scratch method brings you back to the roots of cooking; a board, a rolling pin and your hands are the only tools you'll be using to create delicate egg pasta, toothsome semolina pasta and light gnocchi. Scheduled classes include Handmade Pasta 101, Lasagna, Stuffed Pasta, Gnocchi, Semolina Pasta, Cannoli and Strudel. Pasta 101 is required before moving on to the more advanced classes.
In My Grandmother's Kitchen's classes are offered individually or as a package of 5. Classes are limited to 6 students to provide a personalized, one-on-one approach in order to get the most out of the class. A small deposit is required to reserve your place in the class. Private parties for couples, team building, bachelorette parties or birthdays are also available. Call or visit the website for more information.
