If you love wine, (and who doesn’t?), this is the place to make it. Wine enthusiasts of all levels are guided through each step in the winemaking process. You’ll be using professional, state-of-the-art equipment. Depending on the winemaking season — Spring and Fall, grapes come in from the finest regions in California, Oregon, Washington, Chile and South Africa, all known for their balanced climates and premium grape yields.
Our free Pours and Tours are held prior to each winemaking season. The wine tastings are a great way to sample a variety of wines, tour the facility, learn about the winemaking process, meet other wine lovers, and sign up for the wine(s) you’d like to make. Choose from over 30 varietals to create incredible reds, whites, and traditional blends. If you’d prefer to make your grandfather’s favorite blend, we can do that, too.
In addition to offering the best winemaking experience, WOS is also a great place for your next social or corporate function. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, shower, holiday party, business meeting, or fundraiser, the warmth and friendly ambiance of the winery is the perfect venue for your event. Our objective is to make your planning as easy as possible and will work with you on every detail to ensure that your function is a success.
We also offer our own special events throughout the year for our customers, such as mozzarella and pasta making classes, food and chocolate wine pairings, holiday parties, specialty chefs and themed parties, vino vinyasa, plus our annual Spring season kickoff pig roast…and so much more.
