Take a pontoon or canoe tour in NJ!
The New Jersey Meadowlands Commission offers visitors both pontoon and canoe tours along the Hackensack River. These tours allow you to explore the water, take in the beautiful scenery and learn about the history of the Meadowlands.
The pontoon tours allow you to leisurely explore the Hackensack River. You and your friends will be able to take a 2 hour long boat tour narrated by a nature expert who will teach you a little bit of everything.
The canoe tours of Mill Creek Point Park and Hudson County Park are more adventurous and give you a chance to explore the complex ecosystem in NJ.
All boat tours offered through the NJ Meadowlands require pre-registration and donations are requested, but not required.
