Olsson's Fine Foods, a New Jersey based catering company, offers a fun-filled and informative course on how they can make their own mozzarella at home. Everyone in the Mercer County NJ area is welcome to spend the morning at Olsson's Princeton location, learning how to make their own mozzarella.
As a staple ingredient in many dishes, Olsson's knows that you are likely getting tired of spending countless dollars on store bought mozzarella. That is why they want to share their knowledge and teach you the art of making your own cheese! Once the skill is perfected, making cheese at home can be cheaper and more rewarding.
Their Mozzarella Making program is hands-on, as you are being told what needs to be done to make mozzarella at home, you will actually be DOING it! They will assign small groups (if you didn't come with one), guide you through the cheese making steps and make sure you leave with a hearty serving of your handmade mozzarella!
