The American Red Cross of Central NJ offers life-saving CPR classes that provide you with a good deal of first-aid training. They want to share their medical skills with individuals so everyone has the opportunity to save a life and make a difference.
In addition to CPR lessons, Central NJ residents can take courses to become proficient in first aid, AED, swimming, life guarding, caregiving and much more! Each of these courses, although slightly different in structure, will teach you the skills you need in order to assist people in need. If you are interested in learning how those with special needs can be assisted further, sign up for American Red Cross’ Adapted Aquatics program.
