For over 25 years Chef Carl Giardina has been spreading his love and passion for food to children throughout the NJ tri-state area with his "Make a Pizza" parties. He has a hands-on approach to engage children into being little chefs and kitchen helpers at home and in a possible culinary career in the future. He has performed over 6,000 of his legendary pizza parties in NJ, NY, PA and CT! His success has led him to expand his cooking classes to now include international NJ cooking classes for parties and school events, which are fun for all ages! The international cooking classes give all who participate the opportunity to go to faraway lands right in the kitchen! From Italy to the Far East, kids and adults alike can learn to put together great meals and wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Choose between five different party packages including traditional American, Chinese, Italian, Mexican or vegetarian. Each participant creates a delicious entree with a side dish. At the end of the party all chefs are rewarded with ice cream sundaes for dessert. Chef Carl uses only fresh ingredients and no peanut products are used. He is attentive to other food allergies and dietary restrictions, just be sure to let him know while you are booking your party.
