From amateur chef to gourmand, Hudson Table has the cooking class for you. Hudson Table is a modern, yet rustic kitchen space, operating as Hoboken NJ's first cooking school. Each week classes are offered for students of all levels and abilities, with themes including world dumplings, Italian table, holiday brunch and Spanish tapas. In addition to the cooking classes offered throughout the week, the culinary studio space is also hosting an increasing number of catered private parties, team building classes and social events.
Hudson Table's acclaimed chefs will guide you through a menu of culinary creations, offering tips and assistance as you need. Want to go it alone? Go for it! Need a little more guidance? They're here to help! Equipped with Shun knives, Wolf stoves and All-Clad cookware, you’ll cook with and learn from the best, without all the clean up. Bring wine or beer to toast to a job well done as you enjoy the meal you’ve prepared.
