Located in Union, NJ, Sunburst Gymnastics offers great mommy and me classes to New Jersey parents who wish to get their kids moving at a young age. Their toddler/parent classes mainly focus on physical development and well-being.
Children as young as 18 months old are welcome to join their Parent and Tot class. During this class kids and parents will learn basic motor movements as well as special awareness and judgment. As children age and develop their gymnastics skills, they can join more classes. The Tiny Tot class, a class for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 year olds, children begin to learn balance, concentration and coordination, all while having fun!
