Head Over Heels Gymnastics is one the premier gymnastics facilities serving Central Jersey. Their facility houses gymnastics, dance, cheerleading and karate programs, along with strong competitive teams. They offer classes for kids starting at 18 months through the advanced student. Gymnastics is the basis for all athletics, and they provide their students the opportunity to build strength and coordination through fun-themed lesson plans. They are proud to encourage a fun approach to fitness and health.
All Head Over Heels' classes are based on the USA Gymnastics program and run September through June, while offering a more flexible summer schedule. Every staff member is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified and they regularly attend clinics and seminars to further their teaching abilities. They offer all classes at both the Parlin and Middletown locations. The Middletown facility is located at 7 Kanes Lane and can be reached at 732-671-2328.
