Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum in Ewing, NJ focuses on teaching children acceptance and equality. Created in 2006 as an extension of the Kidsbridge program, this museum expands the knowledge of visitors and transforms the way in which people treat others. Children who visit this museum will be taught the impacts of bullying, what tolerance, diversity and prejudice are and, most of all, how to respect peers and create a better social environment for everyone.
Kids will enter the museum unaware of the various stereotypes that exist in this world and leave more knowledgeable and hopefully leave more accepting of the people around them. They have programs for children in elementary, middle and high school because this NJ museum believes you are never too old to learn about the effect of harmful words or actions.
