We offer a variety of massages - including our signature  Wellness Massage (medium-firm pressure), and our Stress Buster (deep tissue), in additional to several specialized modalities including Pre-Natal, Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology, Himalayan Salt Stone, Couples and Reflexology.

Our Salt room disperses a fine mist of salt into the air as you lay back and relax. The salt treatment impacts your entire respiratory system, drawing out toxins and allergens, reducing inflammation naturally and allowing you to breathe deeply. This can strengthen your immune system,  improve your stamina and increase overall wellness.

Our zero gravity So Sound Lounger gently vibrates to the bass of the song playing through the Sonos music system. Donning headphones and an eye mask, you can fully tune-out and relax. Adding a 30 minute reflexology session to your So Sound experience combines the healing effects of sound & vibration and the benefits of reflexology, harmonizing all the systems of the body, resulting in total bliss! 

In an effort to keep the center as clean as possibe, we ask you to remove your street shoes upon entering. Spa sandals are provided upon request.
