As an American cuisine diner, Matt's Red Rooster Grill has received a lot of recognition for its dishes. The chef and owner, Matt McPherson, prides himself on providing his customers with the best casual dining meal in central New Jersey. The menu isn't large, only a handful of appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts, but our customers are pleased with our selection. You can find items such as "Tuna & Avocado Tartare" or "Three Day Slow Cooked Ribs" making our food American, but more than just classic American.
Our dessert menu changes on a daily basis but ranges from options such as creme brulee to ice cream. To go along with your dessert, we are proud to say that the coffee we provide, Rojo's Roastery Coffee, is a local business.
