Originally named the Rahway Theatre which was opened on October 16th, 1928, and now fully restored and renamed Union County Performing Arts Center they have been putting on impressive productions for almost a century. The Main stage at Union County Performing Arts Center is listed in both state and national registers of historic sites. Now a multipurpose venue for the performing arts the Center is the perfect place to see everything from children's programming, musicals, and plays as well as live music concerts.
At the Union County Performing Arts Center they pride themselves on providing greater access to the arts in both the city of Rahway and all of Union County. Showcasing both established and up-and-coming local performers and artists they provide a place for the arts to flourish and grow.
