After moving to the United States after an earthquake ripped through southern Italy, Chef Russo and his son Rob opened Girasole Cucina Italiana in October 1996 and has been providing the community contemporary and classic Italian cuisine in a modern and elegant setting ever since.
Sporting an impressive selection of Antipasti like their delicious vongole in Bianco o Rosso made with littleneck clams and your choice of sauce. Or their Funghi Trifolati made with Portabello and domestic mushrooms, the choices are almost endless and that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to their menu.
With traditional and experimental pasta dishes and Secondi Piatti, you will be transported back in time when you eat one of their meals made with recipes passed down from generation to generation of Italians to make it directly to your plate.
Girasole Cucina Italiana offers a great atmosphere where you can BYOB while sampling one of their many daily specials that are easy on the wallet and heaven on your palette.
