Fruitwood Farms is owned by the Wright family. Having spent decades in the farming business, the family is well acquainted with the local farming industry.
They have been selling their own produce on-site and they have been bringing their produce to the local area markets for many years.
Everett and Gloria Wright have 110 acres of orchards growing Apples. Peaches, Cherries, Nectarines, and Pears. Pretty much all of the perfect fruits for a scrumptious fruit salad.
You'll also not want to miss out on their tri-colored Artisan tomatoes and their sugarbeets that they sell by the bin for $60.
Over the last few years, the family has branched out by growing a wider variety of fruits and vegetables to try to attract more local customers. New additions include Collards Greens, Swiss Chard. Peas, and Radish among others.
The farm also serves local winemakers with their high-quality wine grapes.
